Studio Overview

27ELEVEN Little River is an extension of 27ELEVEN Studios, featuring six styled sets on glossy white floors designed for photo and video production. The space is outfitted with blush-toned furniture and rich accents, creating a modern creative base for your next project. The upper level includes a dedicated podcast area perfect for recording, interviews, and full content days.

To maintain the cleanliness and quality of our studio, boot covers are required for all outside shoes. Guests may remove their shoes or use the provided covers before stepping onto the studio floor. This applies to all clients, crew, and talent. Heels, sneakers, boots, and any outdoor footwear must be covered unless designated for the shoot and approved by the studio team.
Clean restroom facilities are available on site.
Light snacks and drinks are allowed, but no food or beverages on furniture, sets, or near equipment. Please clean up any spills immediately and dispose of all trash before checkout. Alcohol is not permitted unless approved in advance.

Studio Rental Rates

Our studio rate is $125/hr with a 2-hour minimum, and includes full access to all styled sets, all in-studio lighting equipment, our private fitting room, and the professional vanity area. Your booking comes complete with everything you need to create high-quality photo or video content. No hidden fees and no extra add-ons required.
